EVERY FAMILY MUST SIGN UP FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. ONE VASRA (Virginia Scholastic Rowing Association) volunteer position

2. ONE team volunteer position

a.   A shift at the team food tent

b.   Hosting a pasta dinner

c.   Set up/Clean up at team parties

d.   Chaperoning an away regatta

e.   Shuttle bus driver liaison

3. Food contribution for the team food tent

The list of assignments to be filled will be available at the January Kickoff Meeting.  Those who do not sign up at that meeting will have until early February to E-mail the Volunteer Coordinator with your request.  After that, the Volunteer Coordinator will make assignments and you will be notified to confirm.

Additional Volunteer requirements include:

• Food contribution for the spring potluck dinner 
• Food contribution to the Regatta-eve pasta parties
• Food contribution for the end of year party
• Bake good contribution to fundraising Bake Sales
