Kick-Off Meeting: Feb 1st

Please mark your calendars now for the Crew Season Kickoff meeting on February 1st at 7 pm in the cafeteria.  Many important things are done at this meeting: (1) all Crew Fees are due by this date (After 2/1 registration will be considered late and additional fees are due); (2) Sign Ups for all family volunteer positions; (3) Fitting for uniforms; (4) discussion of season, expectations and responsibilities, regattas, fund raising, trips, budget, practice, pasta parties, etc (5) orders taken for spirit wear and much more.   The Coaches and Board members will all be there to answer questions.

Pizza, Water and iced tea will be for sale at the meeting beginning at 7:15/7:30.

Mid-Atlantic ERG Sprints

The Mid Atlantic Erg Sprints are February 4th.   Registration closes on Monday the 1st of Feb.   Please go to  http://www.ergsprints.com/  for information and registration.  Last year we had a mens lightweight place 8th out of 64 and a senior place 14th out of 74!    Let's have a great showing from South County!

SCSS Crew Board Meetings:

The SCSS Booster Club board meetings are held the second Monday of each month 7:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. at SCSS in classroom B124. Interested parents are welcome to attend.  Minutes can be reviewed at this link: Board Meetings
